TEAM MANAGERS:

Print one copy of
the
Flyer/Sign-Up Sheet
, fill out team information and send (with payment) to Lisa Kinne. Lisa's contact info is included on the
Flyer/Sign-up Sheet.

Have each player/parent fill out a copy of
the
Waiver Form
and bring all waivers to the tournament.

Print out copies of the
Rules
and make sure you and your team are familiar with them. Please stress that we will use the honor system!
INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS:
- Make sure you have passed in a
Waiver Form
and payment to your team manager before the tournament. If you do not have a
team but are interested in playing, please contact TBD to see if there is a team
looking for a player to fill out their roster.
